校园卡

Student ID Card

1. 介绍 Introduction

校园卡是个人身份证明，必须本人持有不得转借他人。校园卡可以在校园各个场合使用，食堂超市消费、宿舍开水、宿舍淋浴、校医院缴费、校内任何安装有消费 POS 机的位置。同时，校园卡还能用于图书馆借还书、图书馆通道进出等。

Student ID Card conveniently serves as your official identity in the university, which runs a variety of applications and allows you to : enter the library, make payments atcafeterias, canteens,and affiliated shops on all campus; and borrow books from all USX libraries.

2. 校园卡密码 Password

校园卡初始密码为学号后六位。

The initial password for your ID card is the last six digits of your student ID number .

4. 校园卡遗失与补卡 Lost and how to Replace it

如果丢失了校园卡，可以到河西校区的校园卡服务中心补办新卡，工本费 20元。

In case you lose your student ID card, you can go to make a new one for a fee of 20 RMB in the Card Center on the Hexi campus.

热水和电费可通过校园卡进行充值。充值后，费用将自动计入你的账户，确保使用无忧。

Hot water and electricity bills can be paid with a campus card. After topping up, the fee will be automatically credited to your account, ensuring hassle-free use.

校园网激活

Activate the Campus Network

1. 关于校园网使用的特别告知 Special Notice on Campus Wi-Fi

***Whether or not to use the campus Wi-Fi is up to you, and it's not mandatory!

2. 三步激活校园网 Three Steps to Activate Campus Wi-Fi

(1) 办理中国移动校园卡（如已办理请跳过）

Step 1: Get a China Mobile campus SIM card (skip if you already have one)

使用校园无线网需要绑定中国移动校园号码。如尚未办理，请参照本指南“来校准备 → 电话卡”章节，携带护照和录取通知书前往指定服务点办理。报到期间，中国移动将在校内设点提供集中办理服务。

A China Mobile campus phone number is required for campus Wi-Fi access. If you haven‘t obtained one yet, please refer to the “Pre-arrival Checklist → Mobile Phone Card” section of this guide, and bring your passport and Admission Letter to the designated service point. During registration days, China Mobile will set up on-campus service booths for your convenience.

(2) 激活宽带业务 Activate your broadband service

办卡时，请务必告知工作人员你需要开通宽带业务。工作人员会告知你的宽带账号和初始密码，请拍照记录。

When applying for the SIM card, be sure to inform the staff that you need to activate the broadband service. They will provide you with your broadband account and initial password—please take a photo to save this information.

(3) 重置密码并连接网络 Reset your password and connect to the network

打开企业微信 → 工作台 → 密码找回，按提示重置密码。

Open WeCom → Workspace → Reset Password, and follow the instructions to set a new password.

密码规则：长度不少于 6 位，必须包含数字和小写英文字母。

Password requirements: at least 6 characters, including both numbers and lowercase letters.

重置成功后，打开手机或电脑的 Wi-Fi 列表，选择对应校园网络（教学区：USX-WiFi，宿舍区：USX-dorm），输入账号和新设置的密码即可连接。

Once reset, open the Wi-Fi list on your device, select the campus network（USX-WiFi for academic areas, USX-dorm for dormitory areas ）, and log in with your broadband account and new password.
