住宿 | Accommodation
根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条规定：
According to article 39 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry:
外国人在中国境内旅馆住宿的，旅馆应当按照旅馆业治安管理的有关规定为其办理住宿登记，并向所在地公安机关报送外国人住宿登记信息。
Where an foreignerstays in a hotel within the territory of China, the hotel shall register his or her stay in accordance with the relevant provisions on the administration of public security in the hotel industry, and shall report the information on the registration of the foreigner's stay to the public security authorities at the place of residence.
外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。
Where a foreignerresides or stays in a place of residence other than a hotel, registration should be made with the public security authorities in the place of residence within twenty-four hours of arrival, either by the person himself/herself or by the person who stays with him/her.
第七十六条规定，未按照第三十九条第二款规定办理临时住宿登记人员，给予警告，可以并处二千元以下罚款。
Article 76 provides that a person who fails to register for temporary lodging in accordance with the provisions of article 39, paragraph 2, shall be given a warning and may be fined not more than 2,000 yuan.
相关学校规定 Regulations
根据中华人民共和国出境入境管理法规定，首次进入中国的学生，或从国外返回中国居住的学生需在入境24小时内到所在辖区派出所进行住宿申报。未按规定申报住宿登记，将依法予以处罚。（住宿登记表如图所示）
According to The Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, any students (including new students and current students) entering China from overseas countries or territories should register accommodation information at a local police station within 24 hours upon arrival. Failure to declare accomadation registrastion in accordance with the regulations will be punished. (Accomodation Registration Form as follows)
获得新的护照、签证、居留许可及更换住址的学生也需要在变更后24小时内到所在辖区派出所进行信息变更申报，并同时向国际教育学院相关管理老师更新个人信息。
Any students being granted a new passport, visa, residence permit, or changing living place should register accommodation information at a local police station within 24 hours. Meanwhile,students should update your personal information with relevant mangement teacher of the Faculty of International Education as well.
以上任何情况，如未及时进行处理，将予以罚金并且扣除一个月生活补贴。
In any case above, you will be liable for penalties and one-month stipend will be deducted if you don’t register or update your info on time.
注意事项/Notes
在每次入境中国大陆时都需要更新住宿登记信息；
Updating the accommodation registration information each time the foreigners enter Mainland of China are required;
每次变更住址、新护照、居留停留证件或是租期后，需尽快更新住宿登记信息；
Every time changingthe address, new passport, residence and stay document or lease period, updating accommodation registration information as soon as possible are required;
在中国境内居留或停留的年满16周岁以上的外国人，应随身携带护照和《境外人员临时住宿登记表》，以备查验。建议在手机里保存护照的相片页、最新的签证或居留许可页和《境外人员临时住宿登记表》，以防忘记携带原件在身上。
Foreigners over 16 years of age residing or staying in China should carry their passports and the Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Foreigners for inspection. It is recommended to save the photo page of the passport, the page of the latest visa or residence permit and the Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of foreigners in the cell phone in case forgetting to carry the originals.
